Omokes Patrick Alake born on the 26th December 1980 is an RnB/Hip Hop singer originally from Edo Nigeria, he moved to South Africa in 2012 and is currently residing in Rabie Ridge (Midrand).  The 36 year old singer says church had played a big role in grooming him musically “I started playing a keyboard at the age of 7years, before I started playing drums, I feel most comfortable playing these two instruments more than any other music instruments” he said.

Music is my way of escape because it lets me express how I feel and let dance to them. “In my high school days I was chosen as the president of the music club, this inspired my interest in music and led me to end up writing my own songs”

Finding a proper recording studio has been the biggest challenge he has faced in his musical journey as he has moved from studio to studio looking to record quality music, another challenge is promoting the music, “upcoming artists do not have much information on how to make it in the South African music industry especially for us non-South African citizens” he added.

Kessy Fin just released a song titled “Looking For” the song is basically telling the audience to stay away from problems and focus on making their lives better, “it was produced by my main producer Ray Flex  and it is taken from my upcoming album which is still in production”
