Mokgoma Tshepisho Maake (born July 10, 1985), known professionally as Dradboy, is an South African rapper, music producer, composer, sound engineer, record label owner (Loud Jam Entertainment/Alko’ol Records), journalist, artwork designer and songwriter. Born and raised in Limpopo, Ga-Sekgopo Village near Modjadjiskloof. His love for music started on 2002 when he hit a stage with his cousin the late Silas “MK” Maake freestyling. After they formed a group Underground Breakas. He became the few rappers from his hood in 2013 to have several of his online posts and digital songs went viral on www.slikouronlife.co.za, facebook,
soundcloud, reverbnation, YouTube music and music in africa.

From 2015 to 2019, he had live performances at a yearly Balo Soul music festival in Limpopo following his single Street Callin’ (Murder), Ga-Sekgopo Bona Fide and released his mixtape—Rhythm And Poetry and follow-up mixtape Life, Love & Musiq Mixtape Reloaded in 2019. Then his part of a duo hip-hop group Unit Killer which released two singles B. T. N and Mopedi (Pore Soul Remix) and released mixtape D. N. Y. O in 2019. In 2020 released his third double mixtape P. U. S. H I:Dipono Disc 1 and P. U. S. H II: Ditshegofatso Disc 2 with 21 tracks on each mixtape. All his music is published by Loud Jam Entertainment/Alko’ol Records.

His work rate and ethics really shows on his music. In addition to this facts, he has had guest appearances on his work with Canadian rapper Drake, Brianiac, Tsyzwa (Mrekza), Tebza-Baby (Balo Soul), Dr Bz (Unit Killer), Gil Village Boy, Scoombie (Thop Team), Lerato Mochela, King Monada, Lebb Simms, Patamedi (Poet) and Unit Killer. Now his focus is on triple debut album with 60 tracks plus a bonus track Get High (Weed Song). He is signed and under their management at Loud Jam Entertainment/Alko’ol Records and MK Management. He was asked why so many tracks on the debut album “I think storytelling has no limit and pain feeds the need to succeed in life”. He said “What I have seen, been through and overcame was the reason for this album to be  testimony of what faith and strong black woman by my side built my new path”.

2021 is the year the name Dradboy will be remembered among the greatest creative minds and artist to ever grace the microphone. His music is unique, raw, honest and true to life. “I am going to retire from making albums or mixtapes or EPs to behind the scenes and features in a few years. His busy acquiring new talent from all over Limpopo, he can confirm the new two new signees Azmo Trig and Toczic to his label. In 2020 he dropped Here I am and Runna (G. S. K), then follow up with No Glove and Certified. In March he is dropping single Get High (Weed Song) before the preparation for his long awaited triple debut album titled Painful 1: Story, Painful 2: Remedy and Painful 3: Destiny
