Johannesburg rising rapper, Majik, drops a spacey, trap-inspired song titled “Space”. The song dropped with a music video on January 15th. The young rapper keeps his style of rap throughout the self-produced instrumental.
A Sotho phrase,”Ha Ke tsebe” (I don’t know) starts the song and rapper begins speaking on needing personal space in order for him to the money. At first glance, the video is simple but very quickly, the video effects take the viewer on a trip inside of Majik’s head.
“Ha ke tsebe how to deal with Ni**as all in my space,
How you feelin, Man I’m feelin’ like I’m in outta space,
I ain’t feeling ni**as why they makin’ the same mistakes?
Happy birthday, you can keep the gifts, I want the cake.”
The song will be available on iTunes soon.
